TRIP summary
The Garden Route is the jewel of Western Cape Tourism, offering breathtaking mountain passes and vistas through many days of constantly changing landscapes.
We’ll travel along the infamous Route 62 through Little Karoo, then onto the East Coast to Port Elizabeth. We'll then hop on the Garden Route and travel along the winding road that heads back toward Cape Town. This tour in mainly on-road, with some easy gravel gravel riding. We'll enjoy 3-4 star lodging in picturesque small settler towns linked together by a network of backroads. Wineries are a focus as well as breathtaking sunsets and amazing vista points to view the African countryside.
The tour is suitable for any competent rider, but we can cater to also appeal to more adventurous riders. Upgrades are available for this tour and add a few extra days for more sights and adventures.
